Premier Billing Network’s Operations Manager, Denise Nimon, has over 8 years experience in business management. In addition, Denise has a financial background of 13+ years in personnel management, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Denise’s background of managing a four Physician Family practice sparked her compassion for obtaining maximum reimbursement for our clients. Denise places a strong emphasis with our staff to provide excellent customer service to our clients as well as their patients.

Melanie joined PBN and O’Sullivan Consulting Group in 2009 as our first Office Coordinator. Melanie’s tremendous experience in customer service and excellent computer skills have allowed the two companies to expand quickly. Melanie has taken it upon herself to support the management team in ways never before developed. For instance, she takes customer service very personally and that goes for vendors as well. Our clients often comment on Melanie’s charm over the phone and her sense of urgency in facilitating projects.

Debbie has been with PBN since 2003, however, has fifteen years experience in medical billing. Debbie’s been instrumental in training staff and clients on CareTracker. She coordinates her team’s successful revenue enhancement and assisting clients to maintain up to date coding information.

Denise has been with PBN since 2004.  Denise is our expert on many different surgical specialties and shares her knowledge with clients on a regular basis.  She has been in the medical billing arena for fifteen years.  Denise’s sense of humor and positive attitude keeps her co-workers smiling.

 
Nancy has been with PBN since 2008, but has been involved in medical billing for over seventeen years.  Nancy has worked in many specialties and her clients appreciate her tremendous response and organizational skills to keep their practices in line with regulatory and compliance issues.

Credentialing Specialist

Machelle joined PBN in 2004 and has developed a position which has helped our clients in many ways.  Machelle joined PBN first as a biller and has many years experience in medical billing for both hospitals and physicians.   Machelle became our Credentialing Specialist and has developed such strong relationships with the carriers both in Ohio and Nationally that credentialing issues with clients have been minimized or eliminated.  Machelle’s expertise with practice start ups and contracting have allowed many of our clients to expedite their participation in plans, where, in the past they would have been delayed.
